Bundledocs turns a stack of documents into one indexed, paginated, bookmarked PDF binder. NetDocuments is where those documents already live. Connecting Bundledocs and NetDocuments means no one has to download 200 exhibits to their desktop just to upload them elsewhere.
IT has nothing to configure. Each user links Bundledocs to NetDocuments once with their NetDocuments login, and that’s the whole setup.
What Connecting Bundledocs and NetDocuments Gets You
- No downloading first – Documents go straight from a Cabinet, Workspace, or folder into a bundle. Nothing lands in anyone’s Downloads folder.
- Pull in a whole container at once – Add one document, a handful, or an entire NetDocuments folder in a single pass.
- Nothing new to install – Bundledocs runs in the browser. The only piece on the workstation is the NetDocuments browser extension.
- The binder builds itself – Once the documents are in, Bundledocs handles the index, page numbering, Bates numbering, bookmarks, and hyperlinks.
- The finished binder goes back into the matter – Save it to NetDocuments with the browser extension, so it lives with the documents it was built from.
Before You Start
- You need a Bundledocs account.
- Install the NetDocuments browser extension to save the finished bundle back.
